(1) The operation and management of the shop shall be done by the board of directors of the related cooperative. The board of directors of the cooperative will make the necessary procedures for the operation and management of the shop.
(2) The cooperative organization can determine the daily hours of operation of the shop keeping in mind the convenience of the consumers.
(3) The board of directors of the cooperative organization may appoint the employees necessary for the operation of the shop, and determine their remuneration and other facilities subject to the regulations of the organization.
